The Moose Story
It all started with a big party up in Old Mission. We had one cottage, but there were enough people coming that we had to rent a second one. Not too long after sitting down around the table for dinner, someone mentioned they really liked the picture on the wall of the fisherman in a rowboat. The problem was they were on the wrong – I mean other – side of the table. From where I was sitting, it was a picture of a MOOSE standing in a river. This simple picture has sparked a thirteen year joke/debate between my father and me.
In trying to come up with a company logo that would have meaning and stick out in a clients mind, it hit me. IT WAS A MOOSE! To which my dad replied, no it wasn't… it was a fisherman in a rowboat!
