My first contact with Chris was over a year ago when he evaluated and recommended the appropriate hardware to upgrade my theater system. He subsequently installed the equipment and made sure it was programmed correctly and that I understood its use completely. He remained available for questions after that as well.
Two subsequent times he rescued our family from computer problems including making the correct "diagnosis" and performing the "treatment" including both hardware installation and software programming.
Throughout these encounters, he not only promptly and cordially responded, but also performed the tasks correctly and assured us of his availability if questions arose.

I recently had Chris from Complete Electronic Solutions come out to calibrate my LG HDTV, and the picture difference is just amazing! I thought my TV was amazing to begin with, but after he came and calibrated it... I'm simply blown away at how it looks now. The picture shows way more detail that I never knew existed! I've even seen details in Avatar that I didn't even see at the movie theater watching it in 3D! On a side note, he also calibrated my surround sound system as well... It now sounds better than a movie theater and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Chris and Complete Electronic Solutions.
